Don’t mind the slime 😬 no, but for real I’ve had an idea to aggregate rent prices for a while now, here’s why
I got fairly ripped off coming from the dorms freshman year into West campus. I was fine paying the price that I did but only because I didn’t know what price it should be and asking around didn’t help too much. There’s no incentive to really share your rent except with friends, but there’s really no downside either. So I’m here to fix that and help freshmen and people who are shopping for new housing to get the right price while on the 40 acres 🫡🤘

Here me out 👉 people who have 500+ often just spammed requests to people, how strong are those connections? When you look at someone’s follower account and you see 8k follower the reality is that they just connect with 8k people but if you see someone with 499 connections and thousands of followers you know they earned it because people followed them for the content and not just for the connection
