Founder: Norma S. Garza, (principal) is a certified public accountant who received an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She served as the director of marketing and outreach for a pediatric therapy center in Shanghai and Beijing, China (2011-2012). From 2005 to 2010 Norma served as a senior advisor to the U.S. Department of Education (DOEd) in Washington, DC and as the executive director to the DOEd board (National Board for Education Sciences) that had oversight to federal education research at the Institute of Education Science.
