The view of Lake Austin from a clients condo we’re redoing. Life lesson, never give your contractor all the money up front, we’re having to redo a ton of tile the previous contractor who apparently ran off with the money did. We take 50% at the signing of the contract and the remainder after the final walk through, we have never had problem collecting the payment as we do the job right the first time and don’t gouge our clients. , except for that one!

Here’s that look I’m obsessed with again, sorry not sorry! As seen here you don’t have to go bold to achieve a great look. One of the best ways to achieve this is to have a sample of your already installed wood with you when picking the appropriate hex tile, unless you are replacing both wood and tile.
