Looking to network and mingle with other women? Get into the joy of the Holidays while you de-stress and get your creative juices flowing by enjoying a few hours away with like minded women. We had such an AMAZING time at our November event and this time we are adding even more creativity and fun! This month's event will feature a series of creative stations where you can de-stress and relax at your own pace.

Each station will bring out a different area of creativity that will help you to relax, de-stress, and most importantly have FUN! Along with plenty of creative activities, there will of course be a wine station and light food station {all vegan fare}.

Let’s mastermind, mingle, relax, learn, enjoy some delicious food and wine and have fun together! We look forward to seeing you there!

Doors open at 3:00 pm so you'll be able to enjoy each creative station at your own pace.

I’m happy to announce that our first Women Wine Down event was a HUGE success!! We had women of all ages, professions, and backgrounds come and join us for a night of mingling, relaxing, and activities to get our creative juices flowing. We came in as strangers, and ended up as friends, sharing our goals for 2016, creating action steps, and getting amazing valuable feedback from the group. Everyone was SO open and I loved it!

That being said, after high demand we are going to host our second Women Wine Down event on December 13th! This event will be a bit different, as we are having a holiday theme with several DIY stations where you can make different gifts for yourself (or gifts to give others!)

Overview:
Wine (obvi)
Healthy yummy food
Opportunity to make gifts for yourself and/or loved ones
A demonstration from a professional aesthetician on how to create body scrubs and lip balm (that you get to make there and take home!)
Setting: the amazing top floor of the Four Seasons residence building overlooking downtown Austin
Art journaling and fun adult coloring books and mandalas
A holiday Photo Booth with tons of fun props to use
Opportunity to network, make friends, relax, and take some time away from your busy lives and treat yourself!

As entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, work from home-ers, we tend to hide behind or get stuck behind our computer screens as we work on our businesses. Whether it’s intentional or not, one thing is for sure: We are missing out on the day to day healthy interactions with others! Even if you’re an introvert (like myself), you have GOT to start putting yourself out there more!! That’s why I loved creating Women Wine Down retreats and workshops with Nickole of Be Well. Had such an amazing first Women Winedown event last night!! We met some incredible women, enjoyed a cooking class with yummy dessert from my co-hostess Nickole of be Be Well. Be Happy., and then we art journaled and masterminded! Nickole and I are already planning an incredible second event in December!! 🍷🍷🍷🎉

FAILURE TO LAUNCH? OR FEAR TO LAUNCH??

Here's a brief overview of what I'll be discussing:
How to NOT bomb your first launch (or how to get over it if you did)
Reasons:

FOUNDATION
You haven't built an online presence
You didn’t develop a launch timeline
You haven’t developed an email list

TARGET CUSTOMER
Your target customer has not been clearly identified
Your don’t know where your target customer is hanging out
You don’t know your target customers needs or pain points
You haven’t done the necessary research in terms of what they need, how much they’re willing to pay for it, what they expect

LAUNCH MODE
No sufficient timeline planning
Not understanding or preparing for what it’s like to be in launch mode
Not hiring out extra help to assist you during this time
No follow up with your sales funnel

WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT
Set your budget (will it include advertising etc? This is all based upon your foundation and your needs and will vary)
Build your foundation and online presence
Create an opt in to build your email list (if you already have one, create another or revamp a current one)
Advertise (if its whats in your budget)
Set a launch schedule of ALL of the above and below
Go over all your emails, wording, timing, ratio of sales email to providing them with free value in emails

With Halloween (one of my favorite days!) coming up...I thought this would be PERFECT timing for a CHALLENGE! This challenge is going to revolve around what you've been most scared to do in your business (get started on different social media platforms, be visible in groups, be visible on video or live streaming apps, host your own classes, etc. Whatever it might be!) Here's what it involves...

:: ACCOUNTABILITY (your willingness to openly declare what you've been avoiding doing in your business because you're too scared to, or whatever other mindset block has been in your way)

:: An entire week to plan out what you've been afraid to do, and a step by step list on how you're going to conquer this

:: A FREE PDF that will require you to reflect at the end of each day that week, while writing down the steps that you took to make this happen. If you didn't work on it that day, there will be mindset prompts where you can help figure out what is REALLY holding you back from getting this done.

:: An opportunity for you to share with the group how everything went by the end of the week, and receive tons of positive (FREE) feedback from the EXPERTS in our group!! :)

:: An optional free blab, or group call, where we can all share our struggles and successes, and get even more feedback on our work!
