Kristen Lucas Postpartum Doula + Sleep Consultant I offer postpartum doula care, baby sleep coaching. and postpartum doula mentorship. I am here to support, guide and nurture. I will listen and hold your hand.

As a certified Postpartum Doula, I have the privilege and honor of working with families as they are learning about their new baby and figuring out what kind of parents they want to be. I will support mama so she can rest and recover and bond with baby. I will be there right by your side, every step of the way. As a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I meet families where they are at with their

sleep struggles. I understand that every child has their own unique sleep experiences and I work with parents to find the best way to help their child learn to sleep independently or meet whatever sleep goals that family has. As a Postpartum Doula Mentor, I support aspiring and new doulas. I offer a one month virtual program that includes: 4 coaching calls + doula topics and additional resources delivered via Voxer + unlimited Voxer support/full access to your mentor.
