It happened πŸ™ˆ

So, it is not a service I advertise, but, when a client is asking to work on attracting a Love of her Life, I can't resist. I had 5 people in my practice already with the same request 😊

2 months ago, we started a coaching process with my client. In short, she asked me to work with her on her relationship. For 10 years, she was in the same toxic pattern. She wanted one thing but ended up getting the opposite. So we began the process of attracting the one. I used Neurographics and high performance coaching techniques, and of course Universe (we are partners with herπŸ˜‰) , to make the process fast and of course successful. I had no doubt we will make it happen. And.... It happened! She is now, with a man, that she always wanted, she has relationship she always dreamed of.

How?
Every process starts within. During coaching we identified areas where she was holding that block, for actually even seeing the kind of man she wanted to attract. You see, it is never outside, you gotta start from within. If you want loving and caring relationship, but act differently, most likely the person you desire will pass you by without you even noticing.

OUR brain has a filter, that decides what you see around you. And if for a long time, you were convinced that there are no man or woman left, who meets your criteria, your brain will show you the proof of that limiting belief.

So, we need to erase that belief from our brain, in order to see the opposite. It works like this with money, relationships, happiness, self confidence, career etc.

Overthinking πŸ’­ How To Combat A Crazy Flow of thought πŸ’­

We are amazingly good at thinking especially overthinking, aren't we? I found it very destructive and absolutely unnecessary. But how to stop it? I mean when something isn't going the way we planned, the only one thing that you can think about is this situation. Even better, we will inflame this thing to the point that it becomes our main problem and we are lost in this black hole of dark thoughts, negativity, and bad mood. But sometimes something else catches our attention and we forget about that enormous problem and it just resolves itself, have you had this experience? I certainly have.
Then here comes a question. Why do we hold on to that thought so tight in the first place if, in the end, it all unfolds perfectly? I think because we are very drawn to negative thinking and destruction. For some odd reason, we love drama. I mean we say we don't like it, but in reality, we DO! Why do you think we have more negative TV news and we all love watching it? I mean, mystery πŸ€”

But this is one method that I discovered for myself. When I have a negative thought l usually say " Yes, I see you, but I won't follow you!" and I try not to give this thought any emotional color. It is freaking difficult and very hard. But like any practice it requires time. Don't think it will work right out of the gates, but it will definitely become easier and easier every time you do it πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

How to tune in to your higher energy? πŸ€”

There are moments when you feel super high, and I am not talking about drugs here, and there are moments when you feel low.

This is an utterly beautiful process of balancing between order and chaos. We need both, without chaos we cannot achieve an order. But how can you tune into your higher energy?

We all have that insight radar that sends a vibration of joy, and light, and happiness. You just need to pay attention when it's happening. When you feel that in your stomach, that excitement so to speak. It includes even the clothes that you are wearing. We all now leave in a state of comfort, like, "I love sweatpants because it is very comfortable" , "I like that oversized t-shirt because it is super cozy" . But deep inside you probably don't feel high when you put those on.πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I am not saying to wear your Gucci πŸ‘— while washing dishes, but whenever you have a chance wear the clothes that make you "high". People usually save the good stuff for a special occasion, but what if we make every day special? Every day should be a special occasion day because there would never be a day like this one. Every day is unique we just need to open our eyes and treat it as such πŸ˜‰

We live in a More and More society, where if you don't get up early, work hard and make money, more money, you are considered a failure.

We work hard, so we can save money and go away from the craziness of our own reality to spend more money and return to make more money so next year we can go and spend money.

We think twice about having a baby because babies are pretty expensive our days.πŸ‘ΆπŸ»

We listen to other people's drama, sucking it in as our own, so we can find a good psychologist and take more pills to numb the pain of just keep on going, like programed machines until we can finally tap into our retirement plan if you were smart enough to actually open one; and now we can finally relax with other worries and take more pills because doctors in our days seem to prefer this way of treatment.πŸ§‘β€πŸ¦³πŸ§“πŸ§‘β€βš•οΈπŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

To stay centered and grounded, not running away or numbing the pain, I follow my mental fitness program every day. Sometimes I feel like it, sometimes I don't, especially when I don't, I double up on my spiritual practices. Meditation, writing a journal, walking in nature, card reading, listening to Ram Dass ( this one is my favorite) all of the above are some of the best tools that will help you to be here now.

Π…β„°β„’β„±-TαŽ―β„’α¦ αŽ―β„•β…… β„‹αŽ―β„™β„™β„β„•β„°Π…Π…Β 

Self-talk is the number one factor of your happiness. Don't you agree? We all have that voice in our heads that keeps saying all sorts of things. From "I look good today!" to " look at you, you are such a loser! Nobody loved you, I mean, how anyone can love a person like you?" Does that sound familiar to you? It certainly does to me. There are times when I am so confident and loving, and there are times when I don't even recognize the person in the mirror.Β 

The interesting fact about all of that is that no matter how many people would say that you've done a remarkable job, there is always one person who would say "Whatever, who cares, you could have done better!", and this person is you.Β 
So, how can you go about it? The first step is to accept your humanity, remember that song "I'm only human after all…", a wonderful song. Indeed, we are humans and the part of being human is to make mistakes, feel sad, have negative thoughts and feelings.Β 

The most important part is to recognize it and love yourself and love your humanity. Because you are not your feelings, you are NOT your mistakes and definitely, you are not your thoughts. Love everything that you are without judgment or guilt. Love your soul because soals are pure, but the ego gets in a way sometimes. Your job is to be aware of when that happens and work on it, not from an angry place, but from the place of love and compassion.Β 

Every time you have negative self-talk, don't push it away, just acknowledge it, and love it. Say something like this "I hear you, and I love you!" and let it go. Start a self-love practice, write on a sticky note "I love myself!". When something challenging comes in your way, ask yourself "If I truly loved myself, what would I say?". Don't push it away, just replace it with a loving thought, because we are everything that we are.

When I have a deload phase I love to do exercises with bands and experiment with different types of squats. If you slow down on a eccentric part and bring your full attention to the muscle you are working on you will get great results even with minimum weights. πŸ’ͺ🏽
