It's important to understand that more than 14,000 of Covid claims in Texas were denied, and as of August 1, 112 disputes have been filed.

When considering the overwhelming number of who have contracted this disease and the burgeoning body of medical evidence outlining what this disease process can do to the human body, it is paramount that every avenue be explored that would exclude this as compensable.
