Small is beautiful

2023.

It is dawn in Samoa. First to see the New Year.

What’s in a number? A year by any other name will smell as sweet.

2022 was Kind Of Blue - like Miles.

But this time it will be different.

This time the small guys will win.

This year I will be Robin Hood.

I will be more human.

And a better man.

Not to steal from the rich, but to loosen their purse strings.

To feed the poor. And help the small.

“If one man is hungry, we will destroy the world” - said the poet Bharathiyar in beautiful Tamil.

And if you are rich - in time or money.

I will look for you. I will find you. And I will ask you.

For money or for time.

I will find you in a balcony at St.Moritz.
I will find you on a bench overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge.
I will find you on a beach in Goa.

And to the small guy or gal.

I will look for you. I will find you. And I will help you.

With my friends, old and new.

I am no longer in Stealth.

You will find me with a hat, a beard, and a glass of something in my hand.

Together, we will make the world better. Together we will save the small guys everywhere.

2023 is gonna be a good year.

Osman Sultan, my CEO and boss at two companies - Known for France Télécom (Orange), Mobinil in Egypt (Orange Egypt), and du in Dubai - told me that I was his “important not urgent” guy.

I have helped very large companies with billions in stock market value - from the start and when they are mature. And startups who want to be unicorns.

In any industry. You may need me and not know it.

Am doing it with my current CEO. And will stay engaged with him as CSO in our joint venture.

About me:

I do a few things very well - on the extreme right of the bell curve.

I am also inch deep and mile wide on just about everything else - eclectic interests.

And can learn faster than most people - again on the extreme right of the bell curve.

At heart, I am strategist, a pattern finder, a futurist, and a change agent. I love variety in experiences. And have had a few.

I am learning to shed personas, and being direct. And honest.
