August is already a pretty special month around here because it marks Logan’s first full year with Heroic Haulers — and this Friday is his birthday too! 🥳

So if you see Logan out on the route Thursday or Friday, help us make his birthday a good one! Give him a wave, honk your horn, or yell “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” as he goes by. 🚛🎂

Just maybe don’t startle him too much… we’d really prefer to keep the Heroic Haulers truck on the road and out of the ditch. 😂

Friendly Reminder About Weekly Trash Limits 🗑️

We wanted to take a minute to clarify our 130-gallon weekly trash limit.

If you don’t set your trash out one week, your unused amount does not roll over to the following week. We completely understand why it may seem like it should, but our weekly limit is based on the capacity of our truck and the number of customers we have scheduled on each route.

Each route is planned so that we have enough room to collect up to 130 gallons per household, per week. When one household puts out significantly more, it can mean we simply don’t have enough room on the truck to finish the rest of the route.

If your trash isn’t set out on your scheduled pickup day, we unfortunately can’t collect it, and any accumulated trash the following week is still subject to our normal weekly limit and overage policy.

We’re not trying to be difficult or pick on anyone—we just have to make sure we have room to serve every customer on the route.

🐝 WASP WARNING! 🐝

Just a quick heads-up from Heroic Haulers — please be careful around your trash cans right now! Wasps seem to be especially active this time of year, and they love making themselves at home around and inside trash cans.

Poor Logan has already been stung twice while out on route! 😬

Please use a little extra caution when taking your trash out, and if you happen to notice a nest in or around your can, please take care of it before pickup day if you safely can.

Stay safe out there — apparently trash day is exciting enough without angry wasps! 🐝😂

A Quick Update from Heroic Haulers

First, we want to say THANK YOU! We’ve experienced a pretty rapid increase in new customers recently, and we are incredibly grateful for the trust our community continues to place in our small business.

With that growth, though, we’ve gotten a little busier a little faster than we anticipated. 😊

We know we recently mentioned that we would be offering special/extra pickups. Unfortunately, we need to put those pickups on hold for the time being. Our first priority is making sure our regular weekly customers continue to receive the dependable service they count on us for.

We’re working through this growth, making adjustments, and looking at ways to expand what we’re able to offer in the future. We hope to bring special pickups back once we have the capacity to do them the right way.

We apologize for the change and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Most of all, thank you for keeping us so busy! We never take your support for granted. ❤️

This month marks one year since Logan joined the Heroic Haulers family, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Over the past year, he’s shown up every single day ready to work. He works hard, takes pride in what he does, and genuinely cares about serving our customers well. Whether it’s blazing summer heat, freezing winter mornings, or pouring rain, Logan gives it his all.

As our business has grown, Logan has been a huge part of making that possible. His dedication, reliability, and positive attitude have been a true blessing to our business and to the customers we serve each week.

We want to sincerely apologize if you’ve had trouble getting through to us or if it has taken a little longer than usual to receive a response.

A local trash hauling company recently went out of business, and we’ve been overwhelmed with phone calls, emails, text messages, and Facebook messages from people looking for service. We are incredibly grateful for the support and for everyone considering Heroic Haulers.
