Heroic Haulers is now scheduling Special Pickups for those times when you have more trash than your regular service can handle.

✅ One 2-yard dumpster delivered for your clean-out
✅ Fill it up, and we’ll haul it away
✅ Perfect for garage clean-outs, moving, decluttering, and other large household projects

Please note: We can only accept household trash that can be safely compacted in our truck. We cannot accept:
❌ Paint
❌ Oil or other hazardous liquids
❌ Metal or other non-crushable items
❌ Construction debris such as concrete, bricks, drywall, lumber, tile, or similar materials

Hello from Heroic Haulers!

Just a reminder that we WILL be running our normal Monday route on Memorial Day. Please make sure all trash is out the night before or by 5:30 AM Monday morning to ensure pickup.

We understand many families may be hosting gatherings or have company visiting for the holiday weekend. If any of our Monday customers would prefer that we skip their stop this week, please give us a call or send us a text and let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements.

We also wanted to send a quick reminder as spring cleaning season is in full swing. We have been happy to help with some extra trash, but please remember that anything over our normal service limit of 130 gallons is subject to an additional charge.

At this time, due to full routes and scheduling limitations, we are unfortunately not offering large item pickups. For furniture, mattresses, appliances, construction debris, or other large items, you may need to contact a junk removal service or make arrangements to haul those items separately.

Well… yesterday didn’t quite go as planned. 😅 We got stuck in traffic/construction and didn’t make it to the dump before they closed, so we’re running a little behind today.

Hang tight — we’re on our way and will get to everyone as soon as we can! We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We’re Back Up and Running! 🚛

Good news — our truck is back up and running!

We want to say a sincere thank you to all of our customers for your patience, understanding, and support while we worked through the repairs. It truly means a lot to us.

✔️ We are working on Friday’s route today

Monday customers: please hang on to your trash — we will be coming through for a double pickup.

We know delays are frustrating, and we appreciate you sticking with us as we navigate these situations. We’re grateful to serve our community and are working hard to stay on track.

We just want to take a moment to say thank you to all of our customers.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during times when things don’t go as planned—whether that’s due to truck breakdowns or inclement weather. These situations are incredibly stressful for us, because we take a lot of pride in providing dependable, quality service to each and every one of you.

This isn’t just a job to us—we genuinely care about our customers and our community. It means more than you know when some of you take the time to call or message just to check on us and make sure we’re okay. That kindness does not go unnoticed, and we are very grateful for it.

As a rural service, about 85% (if not more) of our route is on gravel roads. That kind of terrain is tough on equipment, and while we always do our best to stay ahead of any issues, sometimes things happen that are simply out of our control.

We are a small, family-run business, and we work very hard every single day to serve you. We may not be a large company with backup trucks ready to go—but what we do have is a strong work ethic, dedication, and a commitment to doing right by our customers.

We are proud to serve Callaway, Audrain, and Montgomery counties, and we are truly thankful for each and every one of you.

Service Update – Monday, April 27th

We are still currently down with our truck, but wanted to give you an update. The parts have arrived this morning, and they are working diligently to get everything repaired.

We are hopeful to have the truck back up and running later today. If that happens, we will do our best to get to as many Monday customers as possible.

If we are unable to run today, we will plan for a double pickup next week.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and support as we work through this.

🚨 Service Update – Truck Repairs 🚨

We wanted to let everyone know that we are still waiting on additional parts for our truck. At this time, it will be in the shop through at least Monday afternoon.

We want to make sure the repair is done properly and not rushed — as a safety-first business, it’s important to us that everything is fixed the right way before we get back on the road.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please hold onto your trash, and we will make sure everyone is taken care of as soon as the truck is back up and running.

We were hoping to have the truck back by now. If it’s ready by mid-morning or early afternoon, we will get out and pick up as many stops as possible. Please stand by for further updates—we appreciate your patience.

We wanted to reach out with a quick service update.

Our truck is currently undergoing repairs, and we are waiting on parts. At this time, we know it will not be ready for Thursday’s route. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by Friday.

If repairs are completed in time, Friday service will run as scheduled. If not, both Thursday and Friday routes will be picked up the following week.

We understand this may be an inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. As a small, family-owned business operating with one truck, situations like this can occasionally impact our schedule, but we always do our best to get back on track as quickly as possible.
