In a world of big ag and anonymous meat, we’re doing things differently. As a small poultry producer here in Missouri, we process everything ourselves. From raising our ducks on pasture to harvesting and packaging, it’s all hands-on with our team.

We are proud to process all of our birds on-farm. Why is on-farm processing such a big deal? There is more than one answer to this question. First is cost. Processing ducks is EXPENSIVE, and if we were to outsource this responsibility, it would drive our prices up. Nobody wants that.

Second: animal welfare. Ducks don't like change, and we aim to reduce the stress on the animals by reducing the steps to processing. This has a huge impact on the quality of the meat.

Finally, and most importantly, we want to maintain quality control. We are able to set high standards for animal handling, processing quality, and everything in between, including sanitation. Additionally, we cut up and process in a refrigerated environment (35 degrees F!). This means that your birds are not exposed to fluctuating temperatures or bacterial loads, resulting in a cleaner and safer product.

We don't use bleach baths to sanitize our meat, and we don't add chemicals, fillers, salt solutions, or anything else to adulterate our products.

Overall, you can rest assured that when you purchase meat products from our farm, you're getting quality, both in the nutrient content of the meat AND in the way that meat was handled and processed.

Duck bacon 🥓 AND Italian duck ham 🍖?! Yes please!

🥓 Our duck bacon is slightly sweet with notes of spice, smoked with a maple-sriracha glaze and guaranteed to leave you wanting more.

🍖 The duck ham is a dead-on ringer for pork ham. With salty notes of fennel and clove, it's out of this world!

Both are fully cooked and can be eaten hot or cold. Both are Alpha-gal safe, processed and cooked on-farm in a dedicated state-inspected poultry processing facility by bird nerds and flavor fiends. Our birds are raised on pasture and fed with Non-GMO feed from Beaver Creek Feed, LLC.
