After 3 weeks and the help of our Representative, Matthew Overcast and his staff, we FINALLY have our phone back on!!! Thank you to everyone for your patience and your understanding, as this was totally out of our control. We appreciate all of our loyal customers and all of the people who helped us spread the word about our phone service.

‼️ After MULTIPLE conversations with Brightspeed, regarding our business phone being out, we’ve been told that they don’t have an opening to fix it until June 7th. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable for a business to be without a phone for a month! We are contacting our state representative, Missouri Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau in hopes of getting help. Again, we apologize to those of you who are trying to order propane via the business phone and we ask that you call Randy at (417) 683-7435. Also, please spread the word to as many people as you can to share this information and alternative phone number until we can get Brightspeed to get on the ball and fix our business line‼️
