Stop removing the posting from my LinkedIn page. Return them all. My Curriculum vitae are on Linked in and Indeed as just sent to me yesterday. Invitees visiting my page have an opportunity as a co-worker and were given a privilege to be a part of the stock but not to remove any DOW value. Once they receive their recompense, the obligation of my company is complete. But they do not have a right to make a business of my back and than remove all information. That would be misappropriation for which I will recover all. Do not question me while I am writing other pages on Facebook. This page is fixed and there will be no update. I do not answer questions about former positions, schools, conferences, social events or private events even though Balbridge have used all information for the Fortune 500.

Is your preparation a guarantee?
The success of your organization is based on your compliance, the compliance of your documents and your staff performance. We do all our best to advise you on how to complete your policies and procedures, performance improvement data as required by JCAHO and CMS. We have no control over your staff performance during a survey. We can only give you advices based on our findings during our document reviews and mock surveys. It is the responsibility of the organization to make the follow up of those advices. The more you comply with our advice, the better prepared will your organization be.

How long will the process last?
We can not determine ahead of time how long your preparation will last. We have to assess your state of readiness and inform you about our findings. The amount of time it will take to make all the corrections depends on the organization.

How can I choose the services that I need?
You must use the checklist to click on the services you desire that we provide you with. There is a checklist of combined services and there is a checklist of independent JCAHO and CMS chapters. You decide which services you would like our surveyors to verify your compliance with the standards and regulations. Your choice on the checklist will determine the functions and/or standards and/or regulations that will be reviewed and the services that will be provided by our surveyors.

What about chart review?
We review a chart during the survey, using the tracer methodology and we may review one or two other charts to identify the trends and verify the compliance with the standards.
If you need to have more charts reviewed using a standard checklist, this is another service. We will assign surveyor(s) to review the charts and provide you with a deficiency report for you to make a follow up with the appropriate leadership and staff.
The amount of charts reviewed depend on the number of surveyors you want to have on board, the number of units you want to be surveyed and the length of time you want this process to last.
We do not provide statistical reports unless the organization decides to have a long term commitment with Elite Surveyor. In this case, our surveyors will gather information using a checklist. They will enter the data into the Elite Surveyor statistical database and generate a statistical report with indicators pertaining to the measurable elements of performance of the Joint Commission. If you already have a database, the surveyors will submit the completed checklists to you data entry team. If you do not have a database but want to create one, Elite Surveyor can assist you in the process for an additional charge.
Some organizations are looking to hire chart reviewers to search for HEDIS and Core Measures indicators abstraction. This is a separate function of Elite Surveyor. This can be done if the organization requests that particular service separately. This activity will be conducted by our Population Management and Disease Management Survey team.
