Klingshirn in the cellar of his home. Albert's son, Allan, purchased the land and the winery in 1955 and in 1986 his son Lee joined the operation. Lee and his wife Nancy now operate the w

inery continuing and expanding the family tradition. During the fall harvest, customers often observe the pressing operations. At this time, much of the juice is sold fresh from the press for drinking, jelly making, freezing, or home winemaking. Informal tasting is permitted and informal tours are welcomed when time permits. Appointments for formal group tours of up to 25 people must be prearranged.

Dad's like to drink wine too. Bring him by for wine sampling in the retail room. Klingshirn Winery is only 20 minutes west of Cleveland which makes a great road trip in north east Ohio. Take I-90 take exit 153 and head north - follow the signs.

Flavor formula: Rosé wine + vodka + strawberries, mango and orange
Serve this at your next bbq, birthday party, family gathering or dinner party.

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 mango, chopped
1 large orange, sliced into rounds
1 lemon or lime, juiced
1 bottle (750 mL) Rosé wine
1 bottle lemon-lime soda
1 cup vodka
2 cups mango juice
4-6 tbsp agave or simple syrup

Directions:
Start off by washing and cutting the strawberries, mango and orange. Set aside.
Pour vodka, mango juice and sweetener into a pitcher. Stir until mixed.
Add mangoes, orange slices (reserve a few slices to use as a garnish), strawberries, and lemon juice to the pitcher. Pour in the rosé wine, stir and refrigerate until chilled (about 1-2 hours)
Serve cold and top with lemon-lime soda and an orange slice.
