🎉WELCOME TO THE CREW, SEBASTIAN🎉

Meet our newest team member, Sebastian! Amazing, competent, kind, and seemingly able to do it ALL!💚

Here at AndMail, we truly believe in the universe, good energy, and trusting that God provides exactly what we need, right when we need it. 🙏✨

We appreciate everyone who took the time to apply, but Sebastian stole the show! There's just something about opening a résumé and feeling that someone is meant to be part of your journey. Then we met him, and that feeling was confirmed. 🥹

We knew he was meant to be here, to grow with us, bring new energy to our team, and help us continue building something special. Not sure how much he wanted us, but we sure wanted and NEEDED him! 😂💚

Help us give Sebastian the warmest AndMail welcome! We're so excited to have you on board! 📦✨

🐾📦 Here at AndMail, we don't just weight your packages... we weigh your precious fur babies, too! 🐶💛

Meet Honey, the sweetest little girl who came in with her even sweeter mama, Debbie! They came in to ship (not Honey😂) and stayed for a little friendship! 🥹🌼

Stop in, ship out, say hello and check out our printing services! You never know who you'll meet or what sweet memories you'll make along the way. 🐾✨

Friendly reminder WE ARE dog friendly, so long as your dog is friendly too! 🥰

📸 You see one Sarah in photos all the time... but have you met the 'other' Sarah? 🤔

Co-owner Sarah W is a little camera shy, so she's usually behind the scenes, and when she's not at &Mail, she's serving as the Program Coordinator for Lorain Cooperative Ministry, a local nonprofit that works with area churches to coordinate food pantries, community meals, and assistance programs for our neighbors throughout Lorain County. ❤️🏡

And guess what? Their Fall Fundraiser is coming up on Saturday, October 17th! 🎉🎟️

Can't make the event? No worries! You can still show some love for our community by purchasing 50/50 raffle tickets at &Mail or contacting us this week. Every ticket helps support programs that make a real difference for local families. 💙 6 tickets for $5, 18 for $10!

So next time you stop in, say hello to our elusive, camera-dodging Sarah 👋😄 and grab a few 50/50 tickets while you're here!

✨ Small ticket. Big impact. Local difference. ✨

Check comments for event link!

This is the kind of beautiful, organized chaos we thrive on! 📦😅✨

I snapped this selfie standing right in the middle of our shop, surrounded by mountains of packages and shipping boxes piled to the ceiling, and honestly? My heart is so full I could burst.

It gets busy, it gets wild, and sometimes you can barely see me over the shipping stacks, but we wouldn't trade this crazy little shop for anything.

Thank you for keeping us busy and letting us be part of your everyday lives. We love our community so darn much! 📦💌

There’s just something about fall that makes everything feel a little warmer, cozier, and more inviting. 🍂🧡

We love helping local businesses bring a little of that feeling into their spaces with seasonal signs, window lettering, and custom fall touches. It’s the little details that make people smile when they walk through your doors!

Have a fall idea floating around in your head? Tell us about it. We’d love to bring it to life! 🍁

If you need custom wedding signs, vinyl lettering, seating charts, welcome signs, or other personalized pieces, send us a message. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll help bring it to life. ❤️

Someone showed me these two pictures side-by-side, and I genuinely got teary-eyed. 🥹

The first was taken a year and a half ago, the very month we opened our doors. We were feeling equal parts nervous and excited.

The second picture is us this past summer. A few more shelves packed with orders, and a whole lot more experience.🙌 But one thing that hasn’t changed, that pure, giddy joy, not one bit.

Looking at these photos reminds me just how far we’ve come, and how lucky we are to do what we love with people we genuinely care about.

Thank you for being part of our first 18 months. Here’s to many more! ❤️

We always love hearing the stories behind the things we get to make. 💛 Maybe it’s a big milestone birthday like Lee’s 80th, a local business taking a leap with new branding, or a family celebrating a new little miracle (just look at that sweet baby face on our fan cutouts! 👶). And now that fall is right around the corner, we’re getting ready for all the events, school activities and fun that come with it! 🍂🎃

Have an event coming up that needs a custom sign? We’d love to hear what you have in mind! Stop in, say hello, and chat with us about your next project, right here inside Avon Commons. ✨

One of the greatest blessings of owning &Mail is getting to meet so many incredible people especially other women who are stepping into leadership, building businesses, supporting their communities, and making big things happen! 💛
We truly believe there is room for all of us to succeed, and supporting and uplifting one another will always be a top priority here. Collaboration over competition always! 💪🏼✨
Today, we’re feeling extra thankful because we didn’t just get to work with another amazing woman in leadership…we also made a new bestie! 🥰
Thank you, Impact100 Cleveland, for allowing us to be a small part of the wonderful work you’re doing. We’re so grateful for the connections this little store continues to bring into our lives! 📦🖨️💛

Big Give details are coming to life! 💙

A huge thank you to Lyndi at &Mail (And Mail) for helping us bring our sponsor recognition sign to life for our inaugural Big Give!

We’re especially proud to support a local, woman-owned small business right here in Northeast Ohio — and Lyndi was so generous in working with us on the printing of this piece.

We can’t wait to see it displayed on October 1 as we celebrate the businesses and community partners helping make Impact100 Cleveland’s first year possible.

Thank you, Lyndi & & Mail!
