Air popped popcorn, Granola bars, are great choices!!!.... Swap sugary drinks for water... Could be flavored or sparkling... Apples are great and can be eaten as a serving.... One of the important vitamins we need is Vitamin D.... There are 2 types.. Vitamin D2 and D3, but the one that works best in our body is D3. We can get sufficient D3 from protected sun exposure, cod liver oil, and fatty fish!!! Signs of deficient vitamin D include: Weakness, muscle twitching and bone pain. Be sure you follow up with your healthcare provider, to know your vitamin D levels!!! Vitamin D can also be supplemented, if you are not that gets enough from the sun. Be mindful of overexposure to Ultra violent radiation from the sun.... Good Morning๐Ÿ˜€
