Overgrown and outdated this landscape was in need of a transformation. An appropriately sized walkway, landing and staircase sequence were designed to improve access and complement the architecture. New plantings and landscape lighting were added to complete the space.

Drainage was also an issue on this project. We regraded the front lawn, created a swale and installed a series of dry wells set within the planting beds to ensure water was properly captured and rerouted.
