Briar-Reno Fire Department provides Structural and Wildland Fire Suppression, Rescue, and Emergency Medical response, operating out of 3 fire stations across 30 square miles of Tarrant and Parker Counties protecting over 15,000 residents including the communities of Briar, Reno, Pelican Bay and Sanctuary. Briar-Reno Fire Department responds to over 1500 emergency calls for service annually and als

o provides Life and Fire Safety Education to area schools, fire prevention and safety inspections for local businesses, and assists with community risk assessment and reduction efforts in cooperation with communities we protect.

Today, Stations 33 and 49 officially ended their tours of duty after more than 50 years of service to our community.

While the Briar-Reno Fire Department name may retire, the same dedicated personnel who have protected this community will continue to serve.

We are forever grateful for the unwavering support and love our community has shown through the years.
