At the OC Support Desk, I specialize in onsite after-hours technical support for both residential and commercial clients in the Southern California area. I have over 10 years of professional experience serving a clientele of approximately 100 clients. Most of my clients are referred by word of mouth, so if you are happy with my service, please tell your friends! Rates for computer services start a

t $50.00 per hour for residential clients with a one hour minimum, and I NEVER charge a travel charge! I will explain EVERY step of what I'm doing, as I'm doing it so you know exactly what's going on. In my opinion, this helps you feel more secure about what's actually going on with your computer, and you might even learn a thing or two! Don't bother taking your computer apart and driving it down to the local electronics "big box" store. There, you'll wait to have a textbook trained technician go through their checklist of things that MIGHT be wrong with your computer, only to find out they charged you $100, couldn't find the problem, and still have a computer that doesn't work. If I don't know something, I'll find the answer out for you. My ultimate goal is to have your computer running like a charm and for you as my customer to be completely satisfied!
