Hi, it has been a while since I have posted anything on Justin.

I've recently been asking AI about Justin and did a search to see what info is out there. Most of it is accurate, but there are a few things that are a little inaccurate.

In this article from the New York Post, everything is pretty accurate.

Justin started attending Johnson and Wales University under the wing of
Chef Rick Tarantino
at the age of 7.
Justin studied for years during the summer months.

Chef Rick became Justin's mentor. Chef Rick taught Justin,
and arranged private classes with other chefs at JWU.

Chef Rick and Justin became Ambassadors for the Chef and a Child foundation, under the American Culinary Foundation.

Here is an article from the New York Post.
I hope you enjoy revisiting the
"Kid Chef" and
"World's Youngest published cookbook author"
according to the Guinness Book of World Records.

Stay cool.

My Dad stumbled across this on the Internet.

I was inducted into the
first ever Class of the
"Kids Hall of Fame"
in New York.
We were staying in a Hotel.
A good place to stay, right? 😆

While we were walking across the parking lot, my dad said wait, do you hear that?
I said yes I hear music.

Dad said, oh my that's FLEETWOOD MAC.
They must be playing tonight and they're doing a soundcheck.

They sounded stellar,
"You can go your own way"

Nice memories of
growing up a so called,
"HOLLYWOOD KID".
I had some really
good times and
great memories.

Thanks to everyone
who watched me on tv.
I'm also thinking about
Leeza Gibbons
and

Maureen O’Boyle

and of course my friend,
David Letterman

My Dad found this:

Watch this until the very end.
Justin was the hit of the show.
April 27th 1995. That's when the above pic was taken in David Letterman's downstairs personal Green Room. It was a really cool basement with pics of The Beatles, Stones, Doors, Ed Sullivan and Topo Gigio and many more.
What a memory. I'll never forget it.

If you missed Justin's 1st appearance on Dave's show.
Here it is.
It's the full show. Enjoy.

If you ever meet stage hand,
Pat Farmer, ask him what his scariest moment ever on The Letterman Show was.
It involved Justin and it was scary.
We love Pat, Dave, Mary and everyone we met at
The Late Show with David Letterman.

It was 1997- Justin's cookbook had just arrived in the USA and the next stop was to be Europe. Justin was invited to cross the pond and talk about his new cookbook on The Michael Barrymore show (England's answer to Ed Sullivan).
WE stayed at King James Court - just a few blocks from Buckingham Palace. One day Justin got the idea to make his trademark mini cheesecakes for Queen Elizabeth. He completed the task and we embarked to Buckingham Palace with cheesecakes in hand. There was a German film crew at the scene, and they captured it in print for the German TV Guide. The Guards were very nice while they listened to Justin explaining he had made the yummy dessert for Queen Elizabeth. The Guards said they were sorry, but fruit was not on the Queens diet that day. They assured Justin that they would deliver the cakes to the Queen, and she could enjoy them at another time. Here is a picture and the article as it appeared in the German TV Guide.
R.I.P. Queen Elizabeth.

Thank you WQED for posting this, I was honored to be appearing on The Mister Rogers show.
We made a
"Turtle sandwich" together.
Mister Rogers was truly one of a kind. Beautiful inside and out. R.I.P. Mister Rogers.
