Universal skidsteer attachment: industrial coating scraper

With 1" plate and a couple pre fabricated pieces from their own supplier we were able to fabricate exactly what this client needed for less than half of the cost of the manufacturer. The challenge here was being able to have 2,000+ lbs of weight to be efficient enough to keep the blade under the coating and still have visibility from the operators seat and have adjustable counter weights.

Our most recent project:

New holland skid steer with a broken frame due to sheared off bolts that hold the cab frame to base frame. Had to strip the cab to have full access around the break. Pull the frame back into position, ground out the cracks, open root welded all the cracks. Welds were ground flush on the top, bottom, and inside to fit 1/4" fish plates for added strength while still having the room to put the cab back together with no adjustments.
