I'll be at the 285 Open Air Market on Saturday, May 27 between 10:00-3:00PM and then at Aspen Peak Cellars on Thursday, June 1 between 5:00-7:00PM. Come in early to get your knives, scissors, etc. back the same day. If I have too many orders I can take your knives, etc. and sharpen them in my shop and can drop off to your location.

A quick test to determine whether your knife needs sharpening. Hold a Sharpie at approximately 45 degree angle. Touch the knife edge to the Sharpie. If it grabs the Sharpie it is good to go - if it slides down the Sharpie it needs sharpening. First knife in this video is sharp, second I will be sharpening at 285 Open Air Market this Saturday, May 13 2023. Hope to see you there.
