Quality isn't just what happens at final inspection.
Sometimes things go wrong. What matters is what happens next.
After this machine was damaged, our service technicians found a small deviation in the machine's alignment. Rather than settle for "good enough," we made the decision to replace the X-axis linear rails and completely realign the machine.
Could we have worked around it? Maybe.
That's not how we do things.
If a machine isn't right, we make it right.
It's an investment of time and money most customers will never see, but it's part of making sure the parts leaving G28 Machining meet the standard our customers expect.
The work behind the parts matters just as much as the parts themselves.
