full-time 40+hours
Job Duties:
Ability to lift 50lbs, perform facility, and vehicle care and upkeep while company trains as a heavy-duty tow operator up to 60-ton tow truck along with flatbed and wheel lift towing equipment jump-starts, lockouts, tire changes, and clearing of motor vehicle accidents. Applicant has room to advance to various crane operations training and certification up to but not limited to 50 ton

Requirements:
Valid Oregon CDL good driving record and DOT medical card Able to pass DOT drug screen/background check after offer of employment. Able to obtain CDL endorsements doubles, triples, tank, and hazmat.

Preferred Skills
* Can stay calm in a constantly changing work environment. Must be able to deal with traffic and variable weather conditions.
* Great communication skills.
* Knowledge of the local geographic area.

Essential Job Duties
* Show up to work in a timely manner.
* Complete trips as assigned by Scheduler/Dispatcher. Use GPS and maps to determine the best routes to take.
* Report any incidents and/or accidents back to the office.
* Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
* Maintain vehicle interior and exterior cleanliness.
* Follow all company policies and protocols.
Performs pre and post-trip truck inspections
