Last week Gov. Newsom rolled back some of the Executive Orders for California’s COVID-19 response. They do not have significant changes for us in the Construction industry since most of the CalOHSA Emergency Temporary Standards were updated in May: https://www.dir.ca.gov/dosh/coronavirus/Revisions-FAQ.html

95% of the Emergency Temporary Standard provisions are set to expire next week on June 30th. We’ll provide an update on the changes as they are officially announced.

Until then, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about COVID safety or infectious disease training for your company!
