Memorial Day is not just a long weekend or the start of summer. It’s a day to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives serving our country and protecting the freedoms we live with every day.

Their sacrifice gave generations of Americans the opportunity to live, work, raise families, and pursue their dreams in freedom. That kind of sacrifice should never be forgotten.

Today, we honor those who never made it home. We remember their courage, their service, and the families who continue to carry that loss.

Today we had the opportunity to spend the day at Haven Drive Middle School for Career Day, talking with students about education, opportunity, and the importance of dreaming big.

One of the best parts of the day was seeing the excitement and curiosity from the students as they learned about careers in technology, fire life safety, communications, and integrations. There are so many opportunities available for young people who are willing to work hard, stay focused, and believe in themselves.

We wanted the students to know that your future is not defined by where you start. Through education, determination, and a willingness to keep learning, anything is possible. Big dreams can turn into real careers, real businesses, and real success stories.

Thank you to the staff and students at Haven Drive Middle School for welcoming us today. Investing in the next generation matters, and it was an honor to be part of it.

What a fun way to start the morning with a ribbon cutting for Sequoia School’s newest addition for the students at Richland School District.

This new space will support the district’s kindergarten and early learning classrooms, helping create a strong foundation for the next generation of students.

Wrapping up an incredible few days at CASH Conference 2026 in Sacramento, California — from setup to wrap-up, it was truly a productive and energizing experience.

Grateful for the time spent connecting with colleagues, partners, and district leaders who are all focused on the same mission — serving schools better. These conversations matter. They sharpen our thinking, challenge our approach, and help us find better ways to support the districts we work with every day.

From operational efficiencies to improving campus-wide experiences, we’re walking away with fresh ideas on how to enhance environments for teachers, students, and staff alike.

The final day of the NSCA Business & Leadership Conference was all about executing leadership, building trust, and planning for what’s next in our industry.

“Don’t quit yet. One more thing, one more time.” Simple message. Strong reminder to be determined!

Colonel DeDe Halfhill (USAF, Ret.) inspired attendees with a keynote on mastering the unseen forces in leadership such as trust, emotion, and team dynamics. It is this combination of forces that drive ex*****on and results.

The conference wrapped up with a celebration of ideas, relationships, and industry impact. Attendees enjoyed meaningful conversations, networking, and a moment to reflect on the growth and inspiration shared all week.

Great job of NSCA in executing another perfect close to the BLC. They do such a great job of connecting leaders, celebrating progress, and setting the stage for future innovation in integration and leadership.

Dr. Chris Kuehl kicked off the day with an economic outlook tailored for integrators by helping leaders forecast and plan in a shifting market.

Carlos Whittaker challenged us to rethink connection and team culture reminding us that trust and empathy are business accelerators.

Frankie Russo pushed leaders to embrace change, rethink stagnation, and use innovation (including AI) as a competitive advantage.

What a Day at the NSCA Business & Leadership Golf Tournament! It was a windy one!!! Thanks to Tim Archambault with Solutions 360 for golfing with us!

This golf outing was the perfect way to kick off the conference experience. We played at the incredible Nelson Golf & Sports Club, one of America’s premier venues and the longtime home of the Byron Nelson Championship for 35 years. The championship 18-hole course stretching 7,166 yards, delivered a truly memorable day on the course.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this event was about much more than golf. It brought the industry together, strengthened relationships, and reinforced our shared commitment to education and leadership development. Even better, proceeds support the NSCA Education Foundation, including the Randy Vaughan Scholarship Fund, helping the next generation leaders take part in the Business and Leadership Conference.

We cannot communicate this enough, knowing the tournament directly supports training, workforce development, and leadership programs made the day very special. A great course, great conversations, and an even greater cause.
