Our Story: (In business for 25 years)
Advanced Automated Communication was started in 1999, by Randy and Lisa Harden. Randy and Lisa had just purchased their family business one year prior to opening the Answering Service. After a year of operation, countless time and effort spent in hopes to find a suitable After-hours Dispatch, they decided their best option was to open their own Answering Service. That is “When it all began”, AAC was born. AAC gave The Harden’s an opportunity to run their calls smoothly, without limitation. This also gave them the opportunity to reach out to their customers and offer the same service, providing efficiency in their everyday business needs. The Answering Service quickly turned into a 24/7 business, growing through existing business relationships.
After only 2 years of operating, they saw the need to partner with Evelyn Harden, Mother of Randy. Evelyn brought years of great customer service, grew the business and really put her heart and soul into AAC. She loved talking with her customers daily and would even pull shifts answering phones. “Passionate” is one word to describe Evelyn. Evelyn took pride in customer service and developed a business that serviced multiple industries and businesses throughout California.
In the Summer of 2010, Evelyn’s Granddaughter Teryll Lucero came aboard to help her. Teryll learned all the ins and outs of the business through her grandmother. The two became a dynamic duo. Evelyn provided the solid root of consistency for Teryll and Teryll provided a pathway to adapt to change in a world that was evolving quickly for Evelyn. Since 2016, Teryll took on the complete operation of the Answering Service accompanied by a wonderful team. She took a hard look into all options and ways she could grow the business and provide even more efficiency. Through a high-tech cloud-based operating system, it allowed her the opportunity to pull reporting, check stats, and coach her team on a daily basis and in real time. In result, it provided the business an opportunity for further growth. As of January 2020, Teryll opened a business based out of the state of Texas, called iTelefleet, LLC. AAC is housed under iTelefleet. As AAC continues to do the majory of business in California, we are now servicing businesses nationwide. This will provide the business with more resources allowing better service and growth to all of our customers. We are proud to announce that iTelefleet launched its very own software program in January of 2023, in which we utilize daily. This has given us the opportunity to customize each client profile specifically to their business needs. Providing efficiency for each call we touch.
