Traveling to and visiting my friend Vera in London and Brighton made the experience unforgettable. There’s something incredibly special about seeing a new place through the eyes of someone who calls it home. London felt alive in every possible way — historic streets blending seamlessly with modern energy, quiet parks tucked between bustling neighborhoods, conversations that stretched late into the evening.

For years, I believed getting older meant surrendering to pain, fatigue, and a mind wrapped in fog—until I found a way out.

Thirty years ago, aging hit me. My body felt like it was betraying me—bone-deep aches, stabbing migraines, and a constant exhaustion. I was terrified every time my heart fluttered. I remember lying in bed, wondering if I’d ever play with my grandkids, travel, or even wake up without pain again.

Then I learned the real story with my body, MY LIVER. Put "Curious" In the comments for more info.

Business Wellness - Email Deliverability: Even though it's been around, I didn't understand what this was until recently.
Without going into a lot of detail, it improves email understanding and takes steps to improve this reputation.

What's Changed? Gmail & Yahoo Mail now place more emphasis on how users interact with your emails.

Why It Matters: Emails that users frequently open, reply to, or mark as important are more likely to be delivered to the inbox.

Traveling and being in other countries with people who are of a different culture expands our lives in a way that it is too hard to explain. 'Looking forward to visiting this family in Germany again soon.

Julia was a foreign exchange student and we call her our German daughter. She arrived at our home two weeks before 9/11/2001. We connect whenever we can.

This picture was taken in Cologne, Germany, when we visited her and her family. We are so thankful for a life where we can travel.
