LAV Consulting is a high performing and multi-disciplined firm that does a wide variety of projects. king of conceptual layouts for parks, subdivisions, and commercial sites, zoning changes. Additionally, LAV has worked with CEQA and other such environmental processes and this lead to the management of consultants. LAV Consulting has formed a solid working relationship with the Cities of Bakersfield, Taft, Arvin, Delano, and McFarland; further the Counties of Kern and Tulare. All of this helped form relations in various agencies including California Department of Transportation, State Division of Oil and Gas, and LAFCO. LAV Consulting has handled projects requiring field work as well as doing in office research for things such as current rates on construction equipment and supplies.
