On August 12, Infinity’s E-Rate compliance team hosted a webinar with Gina Spade, an attorney with Broadband Legal Strategies and former manager of the FCC’s E-Rate Program.

The webinar recording and presentation are now available, along with fillable templates and step-by-step instructions to help schools and libraries participate in the FCC’s public comment process.

⏰ Important E-Rate Deadlines Are Approaching!

If you have FY2024 extended projects or FY2025 Category Two projects still underway, now is the time to review your timelines and make sure you’re on track.

At Infinity Communications & Compliance, we’re proactively working with our clients to:
✅ Review project statuses
✅ Determine if a Service Delivery Deadline extension is needed
✅ Collect invoices and proof of payment for BEAR reimbursements
✅ Ensure projects remain compliant and funding isn’t left on the table

A few key reminders:
📌 FY2024 Extended Projects

* Service Delivery Deadline: September 30, 2026
* Last Date to Invoice: January 28, 2027 (dependent on FCDL release date)

📌 FY2025 Category Two Projects

* Service Delivery Deadline: September 30, 2026
* If your project won’t be completed on time, don’t wait. Many projects may qualify for an extension with a valid delayed project start reason.

💡 BEAR in Mind! If your project has been completed and paid, now is a great time to begin gathering your invoices and proof of payment so reimbursement requests can be submitted well before the deadline.
