🍂🎃 IT’S EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION MONTH! 🎃🍂

That’s right… THE WHOLE MONTH! 🙌🏼🧡

We’re kicking off October by showing our amazing team some love with a company-wide Dutch Bros order! ☕️🥤 Because nothing says “We appreciate you!” quite like caffeine delivered to your door. 😂☕️

We’re bringing ALL the fall vibes this month… 🎃🍁🍂☕️ and we’ve got plenty more appreciation surprises in store!

✨ Stay tuned all month long to see what we have planned! ✨

Because our team deserves more than just a day of appreciation… they deserve the WHOLE MONTH! 🧡🎃

Infinity was too fast 🏎️💨 & too furious to sit in the office all day on a random Thursday! 😂

We work hard and definitely play harder! 💜

Our team took the day OOO for some serious team bonding, VIP treatment, good laughs, and a whole lot of Jurassic Park chaos! 🦖🌴

Because sometimes you just have to trade the office for Universal! 🎢✨

⏰ Important E-Rate Deadlines Are Approaching!

If you have FY2024 extended projects or FY2025 Category Two projects still underway, now is the time to review your timelines and make sure you’re on track.

At Infinity Communications & Compliance, we’re proactively working with our clients to:
✅ Review project statuses
✅ Determine if a Service Delivery Deadline extension is needed
✅ Collect invoices and proof of payment for BEAR reimbursements
✅ Ensure projects remain compliant and funding isn’t left on the table

A few key reminders:
📌 FY2024 Extended Projects

* Service Delivery Deadline: September 30, 2026
* Last Date to Invoice: January 28, 2027 (dependent on FCDL release date)

📌 FY2025 Category Two Projects

* Service Delivery Deadline: September 30, 2026
* If your project won’t be completed on time, don’t wait. Many projects may qualify for an extension with a valid delayed project start reason.

💡 BEAR in Mind! If your project has been completed and paid, now is a great time to begin gathering your invoices and proof of payment so reimbursement requests can be submitted well before the deadline.

Whether you’re an existing client or just have a question about your E-Rate project, we’re here to help.

Happy Father’s Day from Infinity Communications & Compliance!

Today, we celebrate all the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures who make a lasting impact both at home and in our communities.

The dedication, leadership, patience, and commitment that fathers bring to their families are the same qualities that help build strong schools, organizations, and communities. We are grateful for the many dads across our client districts, partner organizations, and our own Infinity team who work tirelessly to support the next generation.

Thank you for everything you do—both professionally and personally.

Wishing all fathers a wonderful and well-deserved Father’s Day!
