September is National Su***de Prevention Month, and we want every veteran, active-duty service member, and military family in Kern County to know one thing: You are never alone.

Join The Kern County Veterans' Chamber of Commerce and MindDivers on Friday, September 11th for a powerful, stigma-free community conversation focused on mental wellness and peer connection.

If you missed our live evening broadcast, the full video of our very first Frontline Fellowship Virtual Prayer is now up. We went deep into why we get trapped in “Mistaken Identity”—thinking our value is only tied to our cash flow, our civilian jobs, or how well we perform.

We also read the battle-tested Special Forces Prayer and discussed the “Open Mesa”—building safe, non-judgmental spaces where we can watch over one another’s blind spots so no veteran has to march in isolation.

A huge thank you to NAMI Kern County FaithNet and Bakersfield Assistant City Manager Rick Anthony (Air Force Veteran) for standing beside our local heroes.
