A study published by the American Meteorological Society in 2021 noted that the area's "mountains produce sharp gradients in clouds and rainfall, which are key to abundant rainbow sightings." TUESDAY TIP #20: Associations need to acquire new members, but they also need to keep existing ones, and some retention tactics have a higher success rate. The following are seven ideas for ramping up retention rates.

Start by writing down your retention plan. Start with goals, criteria, communication channels, a call-to-action list of who's responsible for what, and dates for each milestone.

Pick a single message that sticks out, emphasizing what the stands to lose if they end their membership.

Next, Make sure the process to renew is quick and easy. Try testing it out yourself first.

Make the message personal—include research, user-friendly design, and a little experimentation with personalizing the experience—you’ll your retention numbers start to rebound!

Let us celebrate all that teaches us about our country's greatness in ouruse of the heart to hear and to learn and to work together for all that is good and just.
