Kicked off The Foundations of Leadership program with Berger Communities across their Wayne, Pittsburgh, and Middletown, PA offices over the last two weeks.

This dynamic experience combines in-person learning, virtual group sessions, small group coaching, and peer-to-peer connection, all designed to build the leadership capabilities critical to success at Berger Communities.

Each session began with a fireside panel featuring Berger Communities leaders, moderated by Nicole Loser, Divisional Vice President, with Erin Schulte, Vice President of Organizational Development; Andrea Hood, Divisional Vice President; and Kelli Durham, Vice President of People Strategy.

We then moved into Course 1: Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Understanding Leadership Impact, led by Maura Lightfoot, Robyn Wheeler, Booker Farrior, and Kristin Lytle.

Looking ahead to the small group coaching sessions and Course 2: Speaking Straight and Getting Clear on Expectations Upfront.
