So, for those of you that know me, you know I have opinions and insights that I willingly share. Over the years I have become better about making sure they are wanted by the other person and not pushing my observations on others. Through the years I have learned that I'm not always ready to hear what someone else has to say about what I'm doing, and it really isn't fair for me to assume that everyone wants to hear what I have to say.

Over the past few years I have received very positive feedback about the support I have offered, and that is the reason that I do 1:1 coaching and B2B consulting. I have a servant heart and love seeing others find joy and peace in their daily life through their activities.

So, I am now starting a Podcast called "Find Your Flock". I talk with people about their real life struggles in their life and help them find resources to acheive their goals surrounded by the people that cheer them on and show respect to their life.

Today was sent volunteering West County Health Expo. She was a trooper and rocked out the 8 hours helping vendors set up and clean up.
