You've heard of White Night on a cruise ship?

What about White Knight at the โ›บcampground?

Right now I'm in Gator Country ๐ŸŠ in Gainesville, Florida. One day out from Tampa. My wife snapped this photo and laughed. All white. At a campsite.

Just because you're camping doesn't mean you have to look homeless.

And just because you're on the road ๐Ÿ›ฃ๏ธ doesn't mean you stop showing up.

Jerry Aliberti and I built something different for this summit. At the end of each session, contractors answer questions about their own business. Those answers compile into a full assessment. By the time they leave, they'll know exactly what to prioritize next to become a

A dozen contractors are making their way to Mobilization Funding headquarters in Tampa right next week, each with their own expectations.

Our job? Exceed every single one.

That's the builder to CEO mindset. Show up sharp. Deliver more than expected. Whether you're at a campground or in a boardroom.

See you tomorrow, Tampa.

Good is the enemy of great. I've been thinking about that a lot on this drive to Tampa.

Right now I'm in Savannah with my wife. Shrimp and grits on my plate. Lowland country food at its finest. She's enjoying some fish. Southern charm all around us.

A few days ago we were in Charlotte, staying with my brother. Before that, camping and soaking in the scenery. If you saw the pictures, you'd think this was a vacation.

It's not. But don't tell my wife I said that.

The Builder to CEO Cash Flow Summit is 10 days away. Jerry Aliberti and I are putting the finishing touches on something we've been building for months. Every session. Every assessment. Every takeaway designed to help contractors walk out with a 12 month game plan they can actually implement.

But here's who I keep thinking about:

A contractor doing $15M taking home $600K a year. That's good. A lot of people would love to make that kind of money. I would love to make that kind of money.

But he should be taking home $1.5M.

That's the difference between good and great. And most contractors don't even know they're leaving it on the table.

Good keeps you grinding. Good keeps you comfortable. Good is the contractor equivalent of "fine" when your spouse asks how dinner was. (Spoiler: it wasn't fine.)

Great is when you finally connect the dots between the field and finance. Great is when you stop being the lowest paid person on your own payroll. Great is when the business works for you instead of the other way around.

That's what this summit is for. Not for contractors who are struggling. For contractors who are doing well and know they're capable of more.

Tampa. May 13-14. A few seats left.

Are you good... or are you ready to be great?

Contractors work from a trailer. So do I. Mine just has a bed and is hooked to my Jeep.

Right now I'm sitting in my R-Pod with a laptop, a cup of coffee, and a WiFi connection. That's my office.

You? Maybe you're in the cab of your F-250, punching numbers into an estimating app. Or sitting in a job trailer reviewing change orders on your phone. Or running payroll from the parking lot of a supply house.

Ten years ago, this wasn't possible. You needed an office. A desk. A landline. Now? Your business runs from wherever you are.

Technology leveled the playing field.

The contractor who figures out how to run his business from anywhere isn't just more efficientโ€”he's building freedom. That's the difference between being a builder and being a CEO.

I'm on the road to Tampa right now. Another registration came in yesterday, yipee!

Still time to join us May 13-14 if you're ready to stop grinding and start building a business that doesn't need you chained to it.

Where's the strangest place you've ever gotten real work done?

If your construction company is generating millions in revenue, yet you find yourself working more than anyone else, you likely have a job, not a business.
Revenue growth that doesn't translate to your bank account, tight cash flow despite winning jobs, or stress about payroll even when profitable โ€“ these are indicators of a structure problem, not a revenue one. Most contractors never address this fundamental issue.
This is why the From Builder to CEO Summit is crucial. It's a two-day intensive focused on dissecting your cash flow and margins, teaching you how to build a business that compensates you as an owner, bridging the gap between field operations and finance. This event is designed exclusively for contractors with at least $5 million in revenue looking to align their company's financial output with their effort.

"Why should I buy from you?"

If your answer has anything to do with you, you've already lost.

Here's what I tell contractors who ask me that question:

It's not about me.
It's about you.
It's about your transformation, not mine.

You're working as hard as a millionaire contractor.
But you're not getting paid like one.

Cash is tight.
Capital is tighter.
And you're grinding 60+ hours a week just to keep up.

That's not a business problem. That's a transformation problem.

I'm not here to teach you accounting.
I'm here to show you how to get a handle on cash flow and capitalโ€”the two things that separate contractors who build wealth from contractors who just build.

You're not going with me.
I'm going with you.

Because the goal isn't for you to learn my system.
It's for you to become the ๐— ๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ you should already be.

You're growing. But are you keeping it?

Revenue doubled. Paycheck didn't.

Profitable on paper. Stressed about payroll every Friday.

That's not success. That's a trap.

-> From Builder to CEO: is a 2-day blueprint for $5Mโ€“$50M contractors ready to stop chasing revenue and start keeping the profit.

-> Two coaches. Two angles. One goal: more cash in your pocket.
