One thing I learned: when you’re prepared, even the coldest moments become enjoyable.

I do Aqua Fit at the gym, and most of my workout buddies are seniors. Why do I take this class? Let me break it down for you:

1️⃣ Moving in water looks easy… but trust me, it’s basically resistance training in disguise. why am I sweating in a pool?! 🤦🏽‍♀️💦

2️⃣ I’m manifesting my future self as one of these active, unstoppable seniors. Basically, I’m time-traveling to my fit and fabulous golden years. 😂✨

3️⃣ Nothing is more inspiring than watching seniors show up, give it their all, and just keep moving. No excuses, just determination. 💪🏽🏊🏽‍♀️

I’ve always wanted to try an escape room, and I finally did! I went with my kids, and the first question that popped into my head was: Can we escape? Are we smart enough? Basically, I was putting my donated genes to the ultimate test. 😂😂😂
