Expertise-Dynamic Facilitation-Transformational Results What We Do? How We Do IT?

Our training specialty is bridging the gap between your employees and their maximum potential. Our goal is to make your people successfully productive. Process Based Facilitation:

We transform boring and unproductive meetings into successful, impactful and solution-packed strategy sessions that are felt from the top of the organization (from silo to silo) to the bottom-line. We do this by leverag

ing customized tools uniquely designed to analyze the intrinsic organizational wiring from top to bottom. We evaluate what makes your people tick—and then show you how to use that information to your organization’s advantage. Our insight allows us to provide you with solutions that not only allow your “team” to recognize the gap in their performance, but take “personal responsibility” for closing it. Your Employees Benefit by:

• Identifying how they are “intrinsically wired” and obtaining strategies for leveraging their “natural gifts” for success

• Discovering how to communicate in a manner that it specifically tailored to the audience they seek to influence

• Understanding the role that they plan within the overall organization and how their personal responsibility impacts the bottom line

• Developing practices to maximize their overall engagement and effectiveness.

• Working with our highly trained facilitators to learn process based strategies in to use in real time on a day to day basis.

• Our customized follow up process to ensure they have maximized the information they have learned.

• Learning how to identify how to work for the greater good of the organization. Your Organization Benefits By:

• Igniting the lackadaisical and disengaged attitudes of employees that slow the rhythm of the organization and translate to lost revenue

• Connecting the path between the upper and lower chambers in the organization so the entire organization is operating from the same page and communicating in an effective manner

• Unparalleled follow up to ensure that information and knowledge is retained (in person and virtually)

• Structuring meetings and retreats to get focused results (process based facilitation) when a situation needs to be assessed, when goal setting is required, when strategies need to be developed and the need for action planning.

• Developing teams to enhance trust within the organization.

• Conducting comprehensive behavior and key-performance metrics assessments of key stakeholders

Most people think facilitation is about running a meeting.
It's not.
It's about courage.
"True collaboration requires the facilitator to have the courage to walk into a room, identify the powerful voice—the one that the CEO leans on—and gently but firmly take their microphone away."— INIFAC

I've been in those rooms.
When no one takes that microphone —decisions get hijacked.
Talent goes silent.
Millions walk out the door disguised as consensus.
Real facilitation changes that.
The right voices get heard.
The room walks out aligned.
Organizations stop bleeding money.

That's the work.
Purposeful. Powerful. Needed.
I don't just believe in collaboration — I build it.
If your organization is ready for that kind of room,DM me on LinkedIn. Let's talk.

I got fired for telling the truth.

Not lying. Not stealing. Not performing badly. For pushing back.

I was teaching a 5-day facilitation skills class — one of the best gigs I'd ever had. My handler looked at my students and said they would never be as good as a master facilitator he knew. I stopped.

I said — "Every single person in this room has the ability to become a master in their own right, in their own way, and create what they need and want."

The next week he called. I was no longer a good fit.

Here's what that moment taught me: When you stand in your truth — there is a cost. And you pay it anyway. Because the moment you silence yourself to keep a seat at someone else's table — you lose the thing that made you worth inviting.
I'm still here. Still teaching. Still believing every person in every room has greatness in them.

What has standing in your truth cost you? Was it worth it?

DM me. I'd love to hear your story. 📩

Did you know 80% of employees worldwide are disengaged at work?
It's not a motivation problem, it's an alignment problem. Our latest blog breaks down the four alignment gaps that are silently killing engagement in organizations across the DMV and beyond.
Read it and start diagnosing where your team is breaking down.

I was placed on this earth to speak and shape lives.
I know this because life tried to tell me otherwise.
My mother found the money to fix my teeth.
They were so protruded I couldn't speak well.
She fixed that.
I went to Saturday art school as a child.
The teacher wanted to put me out —because I asked too many questions.
My mother didn't permit that.
When I applied to college, I listed my hobby as talking.
My mother made me take it off.
And yet. Here I am.
Thirty years of walking into boardrooms, retreat centers, and conference halls.
Speaking. Shaping lives.
Your story doesn't disqualify you. It qualifies you.
What did life try to talk you out of?
DM me. I'd love to hear it.

I was fired for doing the right thing.

Early in my career, I worked in a city hospital dental clinic. I watched a dentist refuse to properly anesthetize a prisoner, then make demeaning comments while the patient was unconscious.

I reported him. I was fired.

Years later, I read HBR's "Power and Impact" about using self-awareness to respond to abuses of power.

And I have to ask:

Does self-awareness mean staying silent when someone is being harmed?

Does keeping your power in check mean watching abuse and calling it professionalism?

I don't think so.

Leadership is about integrity — even when it costs you.

Even when you're the only one speaking up.

Even when you lose your job.

What's YOUR non-negotiable value as a leader?

Facilitation isn't about running meetings.
It's about having the courage to ensure the right voices are heard, even when it means challenging the most powerful voice in the room.
That's how real collaboration happens.
That's how organizations stop wasting millions on meetings that go nowhere.
I've been building those rooms for 30 years.
Ready for yours? Let's talk.

Ready to bring your team together for a retreat that actually moves the work forward?
Here is my honest recommendation:
At least four intentional gatherings per year. At least two in person.
Because virtual keeps you connected — but in-person creates transformation.
My retreats are brain-friendly, outcome-driven experiences designed to diagnose what is holding your team back and activate what is possible.
Not cookie-cutter agendas. Not just icebreakers.
Real process-based facilitation that produces clarity, alignment, and movement.
If you are planning a retreat this year — let us talk.

Small firms don't lose to big firms because of resources.
They lose because of alignment.

I've worked with organizations of every size —
from Fortune 500 corporations to small nonprofits.

Here's what I know:
A small firm with aligned leadership will outperform a large firm with confused leadership every single time.

Big firms have budgets. Small firms have agility.

But agility without alignment is just chaos moving fast.

The firms that win against industry giants have answered four questions clearly:
🧭 Does everyone know exactly where we're going?
🤝 Is there enough trust for people to speak honestly and commit fully?
⚙️ Do our processes produce decisions — not just discussions?
⚡ Do our people know how to show up for each other under pressure?

In 2026, AI will give small firms even more power. But technology amplifies what already exists.

If you're misaligned — AI makes you faster at being misaligned.
If you're aligned — AI makes you unstoppable.

The competitive advantage of the future isn't artificial intelligence.
It's human alignment.

Women Are Building the Businesses Everyone Else Wishes They Had
In 2026 — women-led businesses are among the fastest growing in the country.
But here is the truth: the biggest threat is not the market. It is leading from a place of giving everything to everyone else first.
Trust. Process. Behavior. Alignment.
That is where the real growth happens.

Here is what I believe with everything in me.
Organizations do not fail because of bad strategy.
They fail because of misalignment.
And misalignment is always a human problem.
It lives in the room where the leader speaks but nobody truly listens.
In the meeting where everyone agrees and nobody commits.
In the team where trust has been quietly eroding while everyone pretends it has not.
That is why this work is not optional.
You cannot lead what you cannot see.
And for 30 years — I have been the person in the room helping leaders see what they could not see. Name what had not been named. Activate what had been stuck.
That is why facilitation is not a process skill.
It is a diagnostic discipline.
And organizations that understand that — are the ones that move.

Which part of my work do I love most?
All of it. But three things sit closest to my heart.
Process-Based Facilitation — because of the moment when something stuck finally moves.
DiSC and Take Flight — because behavior is where leadership actually lives. And most leaders have never had anyone hold up the mirror.
Trust — because in 30 years I have never walked into a struggling organization where trust was not part of the diagnosis. Not once.
This is the work that was placed on my heart.
And I am still here. Still in the room. Still seeing what others cannot.
