THE POWER OF WILL POWER

This car is not on sale; so please don't make a bid. However, something very interesting that demonstrates "the power of will power" is happening to this car. The determination to move on against all odds as exhibited in this photo attracted my attention.

RISING UP TO THE OCASSION:

In one of the companies i worked for, the CEO acknowledged my hard work and desire to succeed. However, he told me that i would only succeed if i "manned up". I didn't know what that meant; (i thought he was offensive) neither did he bother to explain. He saw my potential but also sensed my indecision to rise up in making bold moves.

The wisdom entailed in that phrase became clear only some months ago when the urge to be free from being "bossed around" became overwhelmingly too much to bear. God works in ways mysterious to us, yet His purpose is to connect us with our destiny!

I recalled the words of my former CEO and realized what he meant - that however hard i worked for him and the company, (with all my potential) it would be impossible to succeed; unless i change my strategy and start working SMART as opposed to working HARD - the backbone of which is FREEDOM.
