❤️ A champion for Baltimore and for BC3.

We were honored to welcome longtime Baltimore advocate Rikki Spector to BC3 Technologies for a conversation and tour of our headquarters and manufacturing facility.

Rikki has spent decades championing Baltimore businesses and connecting people who can make a difference. For BC3, her support became personal. In 2025, as we worked toward an important MIEMSS protocol change, Rikki believed in SEAL, advocated on our behalf and helped connect the dots. It became a significant milestone in BC3’s journey, expanding the opportunity for SEAL to be used by EMS clinicians across Maryland.

As Wayne shared with Rikki, “You were our champion. You possess star power for us and so many others in Baltimore. I appreciate you for that and for believing in us.”

and overseas. It’s our first expansion into brick-and-mortar retail.
Through our distribution relationship with Acme United
Corporation, this milestone expands access to SEAL for Soldiers, Airmen, Guardians and military families.

We’re proud to take another important step toward making bleeding-control solutions more accessible when and where they’re needed.
