How long since we posted any pictures?
We are working on a "grotesquerie" mural on canvas panels in studio for installation in a house in McLean. This is going to take weeks so many photos to come.

Rising Tide Inc. is pleased to announce the incorporation of our sister business, Cacafuego Arts & Decoration, LLC, in Portland, Oregon. I will be spending my life between the two coasts for the foreseeable future, trying to keep everybody well served with fine decorative painting. Expect a barrage of cross-marketing.

Another summer project

This is another of my summer projects. The photos look kind of chaotic, but in reality it came out pretty cool.

OK, so I Uploaded photos to the album MOBILE UPLOADS, then I went and organized them into proper project albums, but they disappeared from my status. So now I am figuring out how to reshare them.

This summer I got to woodgrain these two columns in an office in Georgetown. I was particularly pleased with the depth of color and the clarity of the finish, given rather bland doors to work from.
