Rather than viewing adolescents as “problems,”… we are delighted to have access to an amazing Project Coordinator, who has expanded our youth services in such a way that bring forth positive youth development of self-efficacy, self-worth, and good social relationships.
For two years now, Ms. Ronda Cox has served as the Project Coordinator for No Struggle No Success, Inc., a reentry program for youth and adults. Her duties include developing project strategies addressing the needs of underserved youth, particularly those with Early Warning Indicators, learning disabilities (IEP/504), teen pregnancy, gun violence, LGBQT+, homeless, substance abuse, challenges of school adjustment and/or negative group influence concerns. In addition, she assists with project reports, media/fundraising, proposal preparation, community collaborations and project setup and maintenance for pre-reentry case management services, to prevent the entry into the adult system (ages 11-24).
This year will make 20 years that Ms. Ronda Cox has worked in the Human Services field with her studies from University of Richmond earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and obtained her Master’s degree in Human Services 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Her self-sacrificing character and diligence in family-centered case management approach in delinquency prevention, youth development, and focusing on providing support, advocacy, counseling, motivation, and tracking of juvenile offenders.
