On any given Sunday, I interact with several types of teams:

- the local Starbucks crew
- my Dream Team at
- my own family
- and yes, even my Jumpstart HR team when I’m scheduling slack messages to show up on Monday morning lol

But Easter Sunday hits different!

It’s a day that many across the world take to reflect on a powerful moment of the past that continues to bring awe and gratitude in this very moment.

Whether you celebrate this day or not, I encourage you to think about the moments you have with your teams. Never underestimate the power that an act of service, kindness or compassion can have on team members years after the deed is done!
