People saw the business.
Few saw the nights behind it.

Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology ✔️
Magna Cum Laude ✔️

This journey was built between motherhood, business meetings, workforce programs, deadlines, stress, faith, and refusing to quit.

Every lesson stretched me.
Every setback sharpened me.
Every sacrifice meant something.

And now I get to continue building systems, businesses, and opportunities that help others grow too.

Still becoming.
Still building.
Still just getting started.

Everybody wants growth until growth exposes the lack of systems.

You do not need more motivation.
You need stronger structure.

The 3 systems every scalable business needs:

âś” Hiring System
âś” Operations System
âś” Tracking System

Without them:
• hiring feels random
• workflows stay messy
• founders stay overwhelmed
• growth stays inconsistent

Strong systems create:
✨ clarity
✨ consistency
✨ accountability
✨ scalable results

The businesses that last are usually the businesses that learned how to organize before they expanded.

Save this post before your business grows faster than your systems.

Busy doesn’t always mean productive.

You can spend ALL day
answering emails
taking calls
attending meetings
posting online

…and still feel stuck.

Because activity can LOOK like progress while hiding disorganization.

Real growth comes from structure.

Structure creates:
âś” clarity
âś” priorities
âś” accountability
âś” measurable growth

Busy people stay overwhelmed.
Structured businesses scale.

Most people start businesses to make money.

I started this one because I kept seeing the same problem over and over again.

Programs that were supposed to help people…
but no real structure behind them.

Entrepreneurs with big ideas…
but no operational systems to actually grow.

Workforce initiatives with funding…
but no roadmap for outcomes.

After years working inside government programs and workforce systems, one thing became clear:

Structure changes everything.

That’s why I built SRM Consulting Group.

A company focused on helping organizations design workforce programs that actually work — and helping entrepreneurs build businesses with real foundations.

Today I’m proud to share that SRM Consulting Group has applied for the

Not just for recognition.

But because the mission is bigger than one business.

It’s about building systems that help people move:

From Assistance → To Assets™

Whether we receive the grant or not, the work continues.

Because when the right structure exists, opportunity multiplies.

And that’s the kind of impact worth building.

Most workforce programs don’t fail because of lack of funding.

They fail because the structure was never designed for success.

Over the years I’ve reviewed dozens of workforce initiatives, entrepreneurship cohorts, and training programs.

The pattern is always the same.

Programs focus heavily on training, but ignore the three things that actually produce results:

• mindset
• systems
• accountability

Here’s the reality most people won’t say out loud.

Training without structure becomes information overload.

Participants leave motivated, excited, and inspired… but without a clear plan to implement anything they just learned.

Motivation fades.
Ex*****on stalls.
The program quietly disappears.

The programs that actually produce results combine three elements:

Training
Implementation
Accountability

That combination is what turns information into real outcomes.

This is the model we build at SRM Consulting Group when organizations want workforce programs that actually work.

If your organization is designing a workforce, entrepreneurship, or training program, the structure matters more than the curriculum.

A journey that started with service, frustration with broken systems, and a belief that people deserve better pathways to opportunity.

I’m honored to be featured in VoyageBaltimore’s Inspiring Stories series where I share the story behind SRM Consulting Group LLC and why this work matters so deeply to me.

SRM was built with one goal in mind: helping people move from uncertainty to opportunity. Whether that means starting a business, building financial stability, or gaining the skills needed to create long-term income, the mission has always been about creating access.

This journey has included workforce development, entrepreneurship training, and supporting individuals who are ready to rewrite their story.

Being featured is a reminder that every step, challenge, and lesson along the way has purpose.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the mission and believed in the vision.
