Lyn has succeeded at prestigious organizations such as Johns Hopkins Krieger School of Arts & Sciences, LifeBridge Health Systems, and The International Center for Research on Women as well The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington and Sister to Sister, a nonprofit that promotes women’s heart health. Her ability to create innovative strategic plans, training boards and staff as well as generating an inspired case statement that communicates the real story of their organization, has given her clients the opportunity to surpass their fund raising objectives. Her motivation is to inspire development representatives to do the equivalent creativity for their organizations. It is interesting to note that Lyn started her professional career as the only woman sports agent in Major League Baseball from 1976-9186. Her forte was contract negotiations with the General Manager’s in the Latin American Winter Leagues (she speaks fluent Spanish) as well creating promotional opportunities for the players. Her second career was as Vice President of New Business for an ad agency raising over $16million dollars of new business. Being a long time Baltimore resident, she volunteered her time to work with nonprofits in her community.
