Have a personal brand, a website, or a business? It's highly like you should be blogging. Blogging hasn't died, but it has transformed drastically over the years.

In the past, blogging was seen as a means of creating community. I'm going to tell the world about my kids, the books I purchased today, or my daily life. They, will in return, chat with me in the comments about their lives or comment on my blog.

Now blogging is immensely different. Blogging revolves around user experience and value. This means, you need informative, creative, and personable content to cater to your niche, key words that will make your website more visible, and a strong understanding of your brand voice.

I have been sorely lacking in social media posting but that’s great because I’ve been so busy! I switched from a role working in office and am now working full time from home! I am still completing all of my virtual servicing part time and love my client base! I have some space for projects up to 5 hours a month! It’s so easy for us to sabotage ourselves because we are worrying about what others think of our goals.

Take a step back and focus on what your visions are and make that ish happen!
•
Schedule those posts, take those courses, complete that assignment and while you’re finishing up that task that felt scary, intimidating, or just completely impossible, you may shock everyone but the only opinion that matters is the ones you make for yourself.

Saying *muah* to another successful day! Today I secured a new recurring client in the creative space and I couldn’t be prouder of myself! Want some tips on how I transitioned from prospective VA to final selection for my new client?
• Send a insightful message telling some generals on what you will do for them and why.
•Ask when (not IF) a discovery call can be scheduled. Your confidence will look great on you!
•Come prepared! Check out what your client does and what you can help them grow with. Be ready to ask questions about their needs and offer an insight on how your brain processes solutions.
•Have your price in mind and know your worth! It can be hard when you are working with needs outside of your packages. If that happens make sure you know the LEAST you are willing to work for and don’t underprice yourself. It’s also OKAY if you are not sure. Don’t settle. Tell them you will put together a proposal for their needs and send it to them. Then make sure you follow up on any promises you make!

Today is a busy but exciting day for me! My sister graduates middle school and is heading to my alma mater next year, I have my second discovery call of the week scheduled for today, a client project to finish up, and some content scheduling definitely needing to be done!

I love doing such quantitative graphing for my major to do’s as it puts them into perspective! This visual makes me excited to get them all done!

When it comes to your business, it’s so easy to get stuck in your head! Stuck thinking about all the ways you could improve, stuck wondering when you’ll be seen, stuck in a routine of thinking instead of doing. Today, I offer:
𝕋𝕙𝕣𝕖𝕖 𝕥𝕚𝕡𝕤 𝕥𝕠 𝕕𝕠𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕚𝕟𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕒𝕕 𝕠𝕗 𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕘 !

1- Pick one task that will help your business but can be completed quickly. Doing this one task will give you a sense of achievement. Use that feeling to propel yourself forward into finishing other tasks.

2-Make a to do list and split it up through a few days! That long list will look a lot more manageable when it’s separated and as you check things off of those lists your levels of serotonin will rise, making you happier and proud of your achievements for the day!
•
3- Show up! None of these tasks should take you more than 30 minutes but this one is an ongoing process. Pick a way to show up in public! Maybe schedule an eblast, spend some time in your CRM, post to social media, or even put a sign up at your storefront (if applicable). Making sure you show up for your clients helps them find you and also helps you find them ✨
