✨ Intern Spotlight: Abigiya ✨

As our Business Development Intern, Abigiya had the opportunity to contribute to the THS website project while gaining valuable hands-on experience in client collaboration and project development. Throughout the summer, she strengthened her problem-solving and teamwork skills while learning how to navigate real-world projects and work effectively with both clients and colleagues.

✨ **Intern Spotlight: Noah** ✨

As our Web Development Intern, Noah spent the summer helping bring ideas to life through front-end development, collaborating with clients and teammates, and tackling real-world challenges along the way. From building user-friendly web experiences to strengthening his communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, Noah made meaningful contributions while continuing to grow as a developer.

To continue our summer intern spotlight series, we’re excited to introduce our Business Development Intern, Abigiya!

An alumna of the University of Maryland, College Park, she majored in Information Science with a focus on Data Science and Analytics. She is passionate about using data to solve problems and has a strong interest in data analysis, technology consulting, and business strategy.

She joined ADG Consulting to gain hands-on consulting experience and expand her skills beyond the classroom. Throughout her internship, she's had the opportunity to contribute to projects involving website strategy, content development, digital marketing, branding, and business development, giving her valuable insight into the many facets of consulting.

When she's not working, you can find her playing tennis, reading manga, or enjoying a great movie.

We're grateful to have her on the ADG Consulting team this summer and look forward to seeing all she accomplishes in the future!

To continue our summer intern highlight series, we’re excited to introduce Hannah, our Business Development Intern.

🎓Hannah earned her M.S. in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and is interested in business consulting, data analytics, and strategy. She hopes to build a career that allows her to combine analytical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving to help organizations make better decisions.

💡She chose ADG because she wanted hands-on experience working on real client projects and learning how research, strategy, and creative ideas can be transformed into practical business solutions.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys singing🎤, dancing💃, exploring new restaurants🍴, and traveling✈️.

We’re excited to have Hannah as part of the ADG team and look forward to seeing how she continues to grow, contribute, and create impact throughout the summer! 🤩

To continue our summer intern spotlight series, meet our summer intern, Noah!

Currently pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science at Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in Software Engineering, he is passionate about building innovative technology solutions and expanding his expertise in software engineering. He previously earned a B.S. in Information Technology & Management from Syracuse University, along with a minor in Psychology, giving him a unique perspective on both technology and the people it serves.

Looking ahead, his career aspirations are truly out of this world. His long-term goal is to contribute to groundbreaking projects in space exploration, with hopes of working for organizations like NASA or SpaceX.

We're excited to have him on the ADG Consulting team this summer and look forward to seeing the impact he'll make. Join us in welcoming him!

We're excited to introduce Emma, our Graphic Design Intern at ADG Consulting this summer!
Emma is currently studying Graphic Design with a minor in Entrepreneurship at UMBC. She is passionate about design, typography, and branding, and is eager to gain hands-on experience creating meaningful work while collaborating with clients and our team.
Outside of design, Emma enjoys drawing, journaling, and painting—creative passions that inspire her work every day.
