UPDATE: GAS LEAK REPAIRED
Crews are still working to wrap up and streets will be open shortly.

GAS LEAK in the 1100 Block of Cedar St

Cedar Street has been blocked from 11th St to Main St.

We are awaiting repair crews to arrive, locate leak, and repair. Estimated repair to be complete is unknown at this time.

Local affected businesses have been evacuated.

Take precaution, be prepared, be patient.

A woman was found dead inside her submerged vehicle Monday afternoon after being swept into a flooded creek by fast-moving water near Lower Mason Creek Road, according to the Bandera County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities said the incident began at approximately 5:30 a.m. June 15 when the woman called 911 and reported that her vehicle had been swept into a creek by fast-moving floodwaters.
