I'm really excited to bring the family to try out one of these Bunk Bed Suites at The Myriad for a . 🧡👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Each Bunk Bed Suite also comes with two bathrooms – which means one bathroom for Eric and I and one for the kids. Plus, since every property is dog friendly we can even bring Monroe since he’s such a good boy!

It may not look like it, but things are starting to take shape at The Myriad Hotel!

Repurposing buildings like this are some of my favorite projects to undertake. Adaptive reuse allows cities to unlock the power and potential of older buildings to preserve the architectural and cultural heritage of a neighborhood and revitalize the community.

Rip outs and then refurbishment of old rundown buildings can add real value. Repurposing the buildings can potentially add even more value – while preserving historical features and charm. 🏗🏨

What is key is that the repurposing really works for the building and the neighborhood. 👍🏢 We are so excited about our current project, They Myriad Hotel, in the Highlands neighborhood of Louisville. We’re currently taking an old Disco Ball factory and turning it into a boutique hotel, restaurant, bar, and swim club! 🪩🧡 Stay tuned for the progress!

Be sure to check out Southern Living's March issue where they featured Paducah – Kentucky's Creative City! Weyland Ventures just broke ground on our City Block Project in Paducah last month and we couldn’t be any more excited.

Check out a flash back to groundbreaking day with Governor Andy Beshear! Our City Block project will include a boutique hotel, which will add jobs and create new retail and restaurant opportunities. The new linear parks and parking configuration will provide outdoor space and parking to support both the existing and new businesses.
