ITASCA FUMÈ

This one has been a long time coming and we are beyond excited to share it with you!

Crafted with 100% estate grown Itasca grapes, this inspired off-dry white wine exhibits outstanding aromas of pear, honeydew melon and even gooseberry which are indicative of a great Minnesota Itasca wine. So what makes it so unique?? We have gently aged this wine on French Oak sourced from our pals at Black Swan Cooperage in Park Rapids, MN, which has given this wine a layer of complexity that keeps you coming back to the glass. Hints of vanilla and baking spices round out this easy drinking wine and lingers on the palate well after your sip is finished.

We were dedicated to bring in a wine of this style since the very first day of our wine journey and are beyond ecstatic that the dream has now become reality, even if it’s 9 years later.

To celebrate the journey and this new release we will be making this wine available to wine club members only, Sunday, January 25, 2026 coinciding with our winemakers birthday!

We are thankful for our Barnesville community this Thanksgiving week and as a token of our appreciation - we will be offering FREE Nordic Oaks wine delivery today through Wednesday for addresses within a 10 mile radius from Barnesville. Delivery times will take place each night from 5pm-8pm and you will be notified via text when wine is on the way.

Here’s how it works:
1. Text your name, address for delivery, wine order and date you’d like it delivered to 218-849-2113.
2. Confirmation will be sent back to you with your order total. Once received, you will need to confirm whether you are paying with cash or card.

Current wines available (price doesn’t include tax):
*Sisu Blanc - Semi-Sweet White Wine Blend. $24
*Frontenac Noir - Off-Dry Red Wine $23
*Marquette - Dry Red Wine (Limited Quantity) $28

12 more days until our final grape harvest of 2025! We currently have 10 volunteer slots left to be filled.

Join us for a beautiful morning in the vineyard and be a part of our red grape harvest. Don’t worry - picking is so easy that a 6 year old can do it!

Fermentation season has commenced! We CANNOT contain our excitement for this years vintages as the winery is starting to fill with the fruity scents and smells that can only be brought on by our single celled friends doing their job and doing it well!

The BEST Sunday with our favorite people! We are still on cloud nine. ❤️

Harvest has started and with the help of 20 amazing people, we processed 2,137 pounds of grapes yesterday.

We used to do this work alone with just the two of us and our young kiddos and while that was fun - experiencing these milestones with friends, family, community members, and wine lovers is by far the best we could ever ask for. You are all amazing and we are forever grateful for your support and help to make the best possible wine with the grapes provided by this region.
