In Loving Memory of Francisca Cruz

This is one of the hardest messages we’ve ever had to share. Our Little Sister’s family is heartbroken over the sudden passing of Francisca Cruz, our Hesperia Manager and a longtime pillar of our Thousand Palms location.

Francisca was a dedicated member of the Little Sister’s team for more than 20 years. She was truly one of a kind — talented, sharp, and always smiling. Her kindness, calm energy, and warm presence touched everyone she met.

We’re still in shock, trying to process this tremendous loss. Francisca meant so much to all of us — as a leader, a friend, and a cherished part of our family. Our hearts and prayers are with her family and loved ones, and we hope they find strength and comfort in the love that surrounds them.

You will never be forgotten, Francisca. Thank you for everything you brought into our lives.
