Are we serial entrepreneurs? Maybe! But, we couldn’t help but want to share such a wonderful product with others. We bought a freeze dryer for a few reasons for our family but the main reason was to give ourselves and our kids healthy food options that were easy to grab and go. When we realized how much our kids and their friends enjoyed these healthy snacks, we wanted to make it available to everyone. So, we bought a second larger freeze dryer and started Harvest Crunchies.

So… tomorrow night we open. For real. No more “sneak peeks” or “almost there” just fully committing and unlocking the doors.

Somewhere between “this will be fun” and now, we have:
built shelves (questionably well),
painted… everything,
asked for help,
accepted help,
and personally kept the bandaid industry alive.

And somehow, it turned into a bookstore.
We’re opening tomorrow from 6 to 9 during the Bartlesville Art Association Art Walk, with artists in the shop!!

Katie and I have missed you all so much, it feels very weird to go from seeing everyone to being behind sheets of craft paper day in and out!! We will probably be pretending we’re calm while internally going “oh wow oh wow oh wow.”

On a real note though, this space exists because people showed up for us. Every kind word, every share, every “you’ve got this” when we were covered in paint and poor decisions… it mattered more than we can say.
So if you’ve been part of that (or just want to see what we’ve been up to), come by.
